Flash, XHTML, CSS Solutions for the Visuals Arts

Because a picture is worth a thousand words

Flash Galleries

I won't go into a lot of detail describing Flash, but suffice to say that Flash offers many options and any discussion regarding whether Flash is good or bad depends on the context.

My committment to user friendly, functional design and my background as an HTML/CSS coder first and foremost, informs my Flash development. Unlike print designers turned Flash enthusiasts I understand the importance of usability and the user experience. I believe in using Flash sparingly as an accessory to development. My Flash solutions are developed with an eye towards download times and usability. All Flash image galleries are simply overlays on standard XHTML pages. In addition, in the interest of portability and image updates, all Flash galleries utilize easily updated xml files for images, captions and links.

Just the Image Gallery

For existing artist's web sites, I offer Image Galleries in widget form. Use the contact form to inquire about specifics.

The Flash Gallery examples are just a small sampling of some of the image presentation options available with Flash. See something you like on the internet? Just ask.
